Mobile photography workshop: an introduction

Elevate your photo-taking and editing skills to new heights with photographer Markus Andersen. Participants will be introduced to picture-taking and processing apps, as well as basic photographic techniques before applying this expertise “in the field” in the local Paddington area.

$20 per participant for materials
Recommended for ages 12+
A list of apps (both free and paid) will be supplied upon booking. These must be downloaded at the participant’s cost prior to the workshop.

Markus headshot

Markus Andersen studied photography at the Sydney Institute of Technology and his art practice encompasses documentary, street and conceptual bodies of work using all forms of analogue and digital photography. Andersen has held solo and collaborative exhibitions in New York, Paris, Toronto, Istanbul, Sydney and the United Kingdom and his work is represented in numerous private and institutional collections.

In 2015, Andersen was the subject of a documentary entitled “Into the Belly of the Beast” by noted director Rob Norton. In late 2015 / early 2016 Andersen’s first book “Rage Against The Light” was released through T&G Publishing.
