A Sydney launch of the book 'Akio Makigawa' celebrating the artist's life and work. Lesley Alway, Director, Asialink Arts introduced Carlier Makigawa, wife of Akio, in a discussion of this monumental publication (fourteen years in the making). The book was officially launched by Dr Michael Brand, Director, the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
