Adam Liaw is a lawyer, cook and author of the bestselling cookbook ‘Two Asian Kitchens’. He is best known as the winner of MasterChef Australia 2010.  Adam was born in Penang. Malaysia before moving to South Australia at a young age. His mixed cultural heritage includes his father who is Hainanese Chinese from Malaysia and his Singaporean-born mother with English, French and Indonesian heritage.
